Reinas Group — Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your wine and liquor orders safely and promptly across Australia.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Melbourne: 1–3 business days
  • Regional Victoria: 3–5 business days
  • Interstate (other states): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

3. Age Verification & Alcohol Delivery

In accordance with Australian law, alcohol can only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or over. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older. Our carriers may request proof of age upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to receive the order, a redelivery or collection from a depot may be required.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@reinas.au or 0477 674 216 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all packaging and take photos where possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Australia only. Some remote areas may incur additional charges or extended delivery times — this will be reflected at checkout.

Alcohol cannot be shipped to certain dry zones or restricted areas in Australia. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to a shipping restriction, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
